Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills both in Nepali and English
- Pleasing personality
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Good knowledge of MS-Excel and MS- Word
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deal with walk-in-customers and handle their queries in courteous manner
- Provide information and explain about the service product to the customer
- Handle the payment and receipt entry
- Maintain proper record of payment received
- Handle incoming calls and transferring it to respective department
- Liaise with all the departments in the office to solve the customer query
- Greet all the customers with a smile and guide them properly
