Qualification: +2 (intermediate) completed or equivalent level of education
Experience: 1 year
Contract of Employment: Full-time
Job Location: Dhangadi and Nepalgunj

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication skills both in Nepali and English
  • Pleasing personality
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Good knowledge of MS-Excel and MS- Word

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deal with walk-in-customers and handle their queries in courteous manner
  • Provide information and explain about the service product to the customer
  • Handle the payment and receipt entry
  • Maintain proper record of payment received
  • Handle incoming calls and transferring it to respective department
  • Liaise with all the departments in the office to solve the customer query
  • Greet all the customers with a smile and guide them properly
