Job Description:
As the IT Specialist, the candidates will be responsible for conducting research, feasibility study, sales scope, and Marker potential for IT hardware products in Nepal.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data and insights to make informed decisions regarding potential business setups.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and nurture relationships to facilitate business growth and collaboration opportunities.
- Devise and implement strategic business plans aligned with corporate objectives. Develop short-term and long-term strategies for market penetration, growth, and sustainability.
- Study the depth knowledge of the local compliance and the law also Analyze the SWOT analysis.
- Build and lead a high-performing team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and direction to ensure team members are motivated, aligned with company goals, and achieving optimal performance.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and expenditure within the department. Monitor financial performance against set targets and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare regular reports, including market analysis, financial reports, and progress updates. Present findings and recommendations to the senior management team.
- Training on product and solutions for customers and employees.
- Collect and summarize product & solution requirements, participate in requirement analysis, and provide decision-making basis for product & solution optimization based on market demand.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Optical Information Science and Technology or related field.
- Seven years in a senior managerial role, preferably within IT Hardware, Computers, CCTV Surveillance Solutions etc.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IT Hardware Surveillance, Optical Information specific industry trends, market dynamics, or relevant technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
