Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry/junior-level Overseas Customer Service Officer to support Nepal-based customers with inquiries, loan applications, social media management, and post-service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Manage social media and respond to customer inquiries.
- – Assist customers with loan applications and follow internal procedures.
- – Handle after-sales support and customer follow-ups.
- – Coordinate with HQ teams, including Credit, Recovery, and Operations.
- – Submit daily task reports to the designated platform.
Work Hours & Shifts:
- Minimum 45 hours per week (Excluding 1 hour daily break time)
- 5 days per week (may include weekends or holidays
- Please note that shifts are subject to adjustment based on operational needs.
- Candidates must be able to work according to Korea Standard Time (KST).
Requirements:
- Reliable laptop and internet connection.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and achieve daily performance targets.
- Fluency in Nepali, proficiency in English.
- Korean Language: TOPIK I – Level 2 (Basic Korean) preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Laptop subsidy after 1 year of continuous employment.
- Monthly incentives available after a 3-month probation period.
- Annual bonus based on KPI achievement.
- 12 days of annual leave per year (prorated if less than one year of service).
- Salary fixed in USD; converted to KRW monthly using XE rates.
