Location: Bhairahawa, Nepal
Experience: 5+ years | Steel / Hardware preferred
Everest Rolling Companies, part of Goenka Group, a diversified business group with 30+ years of presence, is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our business across Eastern Nepal.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow dealer, distributor, and key customer relationships.
- Identify new accounts and expand market presence across Eastern Nepal.
- Drive sales targets, pricing, collections, and overall commercial performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and understand market opportunities.
- Lead and develop the sales team as the business expands.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in steel, hardware, or building materials.
- Strong network among dealers, distributors, and customers in Eastern Nepal.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth.
- Strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to build and manage a team.
