Jr. Sales Officer – FMCG Products
Experience: Must have 1-2 years of experience in related field with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills, Effective communication skills.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Job Description
- Create a new dealers in given area.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Creating brand image among the customers/ dealers.
- Setting individual sales targets with the new dealers.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Implement the sales policy of company both for sales and payment collection.
