1. Business Development Officer/ Admin officer
For Electric Vehicle Business (Two Wheeler/Four Wheeler)
Work Stations: Kathmandu Office (Naxal, Kathmandu)
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
- Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Meeting with potential agents to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
- Ability to lead negotiation with potential stakeholders
- Ability to develop communication and proper insights of various situations, data etc.

Qualifications and Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) / Master’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to travel as needed.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.

2. Account Officer
For Electric Vehicle Business
Work Stations: Kathmandu Office (Naxal, Kathmandu)
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and reconciliations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing payments, process invoices, and track overdue accounts.
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and reports to analyze financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, assist in tax preparation, manage stock levels and conduct regular audits.
- Liaise with suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage vendor accounts.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Oversees the day-to-day workflow and assignments of service/ sales staffs.
- Maintain stock record of showroom and stock of stockyard vehicles.
Qualifications and Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in management, accountancy, or related field.
- At least one years of related experience working in accounting or finance, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare operating reports and to reconcile records.
3. Sales Representative
For EV showroom
Work Stations: Kathmandu Office (Naxal, Tripureshwor showroom, Kathmandu)
Job Responsibilities:
- Build a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
- Maintain a customer database and communicate with them.
- Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
- Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on our CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.
- Assist with the setup of showroom and promotional displays.
Qualifications and Requirement:
- +2 (intermediate) pass with one year of work experience in related field.

4. Service Engineer (EV Two Wheeler/ Four Wheeler)
Work Stations: Kathmandu Office (Service Center)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on electric vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities performed on electric vehicles.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete repair tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and customers regarding maintenance and repair procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Mechanic, preferably with a focus on electric vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems, components and diagnostic tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues in electric vehicles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undergo training provided by the parent company to stay updated on the latest technology and maintenance procedures for electric vehicles.
- Flexibility to travel nationwide for vehicle maintenance and repair assignments as required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
