Position: Sales Officer

Required No.: 2 (Goenka Steels (P) Ltd.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Well versed with product knowledge and market scenario of TMT Bars, MS Angles, Channel, Beams Nails, Torkari etc., Agreement with Customers as per Company’s strict Sales & Marketing Policies, Sales only in Bank Guarantee / LC and advance Cash, payment collections within ageing limits of all customers, Managing key accounts & client relations, client account responsibility, handling supply chain with ability to develop a strong customer relationship, Maintaining and increasing sales of the company, Achieving the targets and goals set of the specified area, Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market, Developing sales strategies and setting targets, Compiling and analyzing sales figures, Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself, Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Work Station: Kathmandu Office
Qualification: 10+2/Bachelor Degree in Management/Marketing – MALE CANDIDATES ONLY (Preference shall be given to candidates with own Motorbike and valid Driving License)
Experiences: 2 years of experiences as Sales Officer in Manufacturing Companies of Steels Products as mentioned in Job Responsibilities


Position: Sales Officer

Required No.: 2 (Siddhivinayak Steels (P) Ltd.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The job involves dealing with flat steel products such as Ms Pipe, MS Plates, HR Shutter Guides, and CR Shutter Profiles. Agreements with customers must adhere to the company’s strict Sales & Marketing Policies. Sales are only accepted in Bank Guarantee/LC and advance Cash, with payment collections within ageing limits of all customers. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, maintaining client relations, and handling the supply chain to develop strong customer relationships. The role also involves maintaining and increasing sales, achieving set targets, expanding the customer base, and developing sales strategies. Additionally, the job may require dealing with major customer accounts and staying updated on products and competitors.

Position: HR Executive

Required No.: 2 (Siddhivinayak Steels (P) Ltd.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Research, recruit, interview, back ground check, hire man power as per the requirement of Office, preparation of job description, staff counselling, grievance handling, implement Office HR Policies, collect relevant documents from candidates, maintain individual staff files, performance evaluation, handling monthly attendance records for payroll-processing, process exit-clearance process of staffs including all other general HR related works as per the instruction by the Management.

Work Station: Kathmandu Office
Qualification: BBS/BBA Degree in Business Management (Specialization in HR Preferable)
Experiences: 2 years of experiences as HR Executive in Manufacturing /Companies of Steels / Electronics Products / FMCG and Trading Business (Import & Export)
