Position: Chief Business Officer

Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth and profitability through strategic leadership in the hire purchase segment
• Expand market presence by identifying new opportunities, customer segments, and innovative products
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and operations to ensure financial and operational efficiency
• Strengthen risk management, credit control, and regulatory compliance to minimize defaults
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

Qualification & Skills:

• Master’s degree on Business, Finance , Economics, or CA qualification with leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in financial services especially hire purchase, asset financing , or retail lending
• Strong expertise in credit risk assessment, loan structuring, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability in P&L management, business growth, and team leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical decision-making skills
