Academic Qualification: MBA in Related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiable skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software
Brief Job Description:
- Maintains & enhances the Organizations human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee’s relations and human resources policies, programs and practices
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Handling Legal and ethical HR issues
- Ensuring compliance with Labor Laws, regulations, and internal policies
Location: Nawalparasi & Kathmandu
