Position Summary

We’re looking for a creative individual proficient in graphic design, illustration, motion graphics. Your role will be to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and promote our brand(s) through visual engaging text and imagery concepts. You will also conceptualize and execute design across a range of mediums, from physical to digital.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

• Conceptualize and implement distinctive visuals and creatives for the company’s brands
• Create and design various materials for print and digital mediums
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality visual concepts and direction that aligns with our brand guidelines
• Manage and execute multiple projects within design specifications
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Creating Online / Offline advertisements – coordinating with Social Media team, outsourced designers and design agencies.
• Creating Packaging Designs for new products and redesigning packaging’s of ongoing products
• Coordinating with National / International Vendors / Procurement / Branding / Sales / Marketing Team
• Creating advertisements for company events / branding advertisements
• Designing Logo, Label, and Cap, Mono carton, outer shipper, Sleeves and others for ongoing and upcoming products
• Editing, branding, merchant disc, design and creating new design for upcoming branding merchandises (pen, coaster, tray, glen etc.)
• Designing flex boards, Posters for table branding and others.
• Creating Occasional Posters / Artworks for print (i.e. Newspaper) and digital platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram)
• Department Head, Managing Director may assign specific assignment on need basis
