Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
•  Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition function to attract and retain top talent.
•  Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees.
•  Lead the learning and development initiatives.
•  Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Partner with business leaders to provide HR solutions and support.

Job Specification:

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in a leadership role in the Human Resource Department
•  Ability to strengthen the existing HR System
• Ability to implement new systems as per the changing environment
•  Proficient in Data Analytics
•  Good interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of Human Resource Management and its regulatory environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leading large, complex HR organizations.
