We are thrilled to announce the roaster for an anticipated project that aims to deliver enhanced Sexual and Reproductive healthcare services to our community. This project will require a dedicated team of medical professionals with specialized training in Intrauterine Contraceptive Device (IUCD), Implant, Safe Abortion, Family planning, and Skilled Birth Assistance (SBA). We are particularly seeking individuals with a MBBS, MDGP and Bachelor of Nursing (BN) degree who possess this critical expertise.
Project Overview:
The purpose of this vacancy is to develop a list of qualified candidates for inclusion in this advertised roster for HEARD Nepal. Successful candidates will be placed on the roster and subsequently may be selected for the assignments falling in this area of work or for similar. The upcoming project is designed to provide comprehensive Sexual and Reproductive healthcare support in the fields of family planning and maternal care. Our goal is to ensure the well-being of our community members by offering expert services related to contraception and safe birthing practices. To achieve this, we are assembling a team of professionals who are highly trained in IUCD insertion, implant, safe abortion, Family planning, and safe birth assistance.
Roster Details:
Position: – Roster for Field Medical Officer (FMO) – 2 (Bagamati and Madhesh Province.)
Qualification and competences: – MBBS, MDGP Doctors: We are looking for experienced Medical Doctors (MDGP) who have received specialized training in IUCD, Implant, and SBA. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering safe and effective family planning and maternal care services.
Position: – Roster for Field Program Office -: 4 ( Bagamati and Madhesh Province.)
Qualification and competences: – Master’s degree with BN/BSc. Nursing with related field with a minimum of 2 years of similar working experience or PLC Nursing with a minimum 5 years of similar experience (with OT clinical management, Uterus prolapse screening, mobile health camp management and other women health-related training preferred) We encourage to apply, who have received training in IUCD insertion, Implantation, safe abortion and SBA. Your role will be pivotal in providing hands-on care and support to our patients.
Position: – Roster for Sr. Admin and Finance Officer -: 1 (Bagamati and Madhesh Province.)
Qualification and competences
University degree in business, financial management (MBA or BBA or other relevant discipline. Minimum three (2) years of progressive responsibility in supporting Accounting, Finance, Administration and Grant Management functions. Full or part professional qualifications in finance and accounting, for considered advantageous. Knowledge and experience to operate accounting software (especially FAMAS), Knowledge of award and contract regulations and reporting requirements and /or other major donors advantageous. Experience in working in an international context, considered an advantage; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (including MS Work, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Internet is required; Fluent in written and oral English and Nepali is required; Any other widely spoken language in an priority region would be an asset.
Selection Criteria:
Candidates will be assessed based on their qualifications, experience, and dedication to the project’s mission. We are particularly interested in candidates who hold a MN or BN degree and have training in IUCD, Implant, and SBA, as they align closely with the project’s objectives.
Project Timeline:
The project is scheduled to commence soon and will run for an initial duration of 1 years. Successful candidates will be expected to commit to the project for the entire duration.
