Senior Officer – Sales

Job Description

  1. Identify potential customers and clients within the assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, bars and restaurants.
  3. Organize and participate in tastings, events, and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
  4. Organize and participate in promotional events
  5. Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid stock outs or overstock situations.
  7. Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  9. Work closely with distributors and wholesalers to coordinate deliveries and manage inventory effectively.
  10. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.

Job Specification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Previous sales experience, preferably in the liquor or beverage industry.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of alcoholic beverage products and industry trends.
  5. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Must have two wheeler with a valid driving license
