Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainee to join our team at Hilife Foods
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Studies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain tracking systems for field operation
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis
- Monitor product merchandising and distribution effectiveness
- Ensure proper outlet coverage and visitation schedules
- Identify causes of low sales performance and develop action plans
