JOB OPPORTUNITY
Position: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute civil works by developing projects schedules, resource plans, and timelines
- Oversee daily site operations ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards
- Monitor budgets, procurement, vendors, and subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections, safety meeting, and ensure statutory and environmental compliance
- Act as the primary coordination point with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Lead and manage site teams, including engineers and supervisors
- Prepare periodic progress reports and manage project risks to ensure timely and quality delivery
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s in Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic surveying tools
- Experience organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
