Location: Galtar Mines ( Mining site of Shaurya Cements)

Job Description

Position Overview:

The HR/Admin Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations at the limestone mining site of Shaurya Cements Industries Limited. This includes managing payroll, hiring, onboarding, documentation, overseeing canteen and residential facilities, and supporting administrative tasks as needed. The role involves implementing and maintaining the Nimble HRMS system, coordinating with heavy equipment operators, and managing both payroll and non-payroll data.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

1. HRMS Implementation and Management:
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
3. Payroll and Employee Data Management
4. Documentation:

Administrative Responsibilities

1. Canteen and Residential Operations:
2. Coordination between the administrative team, operators and management.
3. General Administrative Support

Key Qualifications

1. Educational Background:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience:

  • 3–5 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in the mining or manufacturing sector.

3. Skills:

  • Proficiency in HRMS tools (preferably Nimble HRMS).
  •  Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  •  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
