Position: HR Officer

Job Description

1. Recruitment Support

  • Post job advertisements and update job boards on a timely basis.
  • Process recruitment requisition approvals and maintain proper records.
  • Track recruitment requisition statuses and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Screen applications and prepare initial shortlists for review.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and manage related logistics.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and related databases.

2. Training & Development Coordination

  • Assist in collecting and consolidating Training Needs Analysis (TNA) data from various departments.
  • Align training activities with company training policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with trainers (internal/external) for session scheduling, venue/virtual arrangements, and materials preparation.
  • Track individual training participation and maintain training records.
  • Process individual training requests and manage related reimbursements.
  • Compile feedback forms and assist in post-training evaluation reports.

3. Onboarding Support

  • Assist in pre-joining documentation, background checks, and orientation logistics.
  • Support induction programs, ensuring completion of onboarding checklists and initial engagement activities.

4. HR Coordination & Documentation

  • Maintain HR records, trackers, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare basic reports, presentations, and updates as instructed by the Head of TA & Development.

5. Project & Event Support

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, recognition events, and HR campaigns.
  • Support coordination for SOP-related work, goal-setting exercises, or other cross-functional HR projects.

6. Any Other Tasks Assigned

  • Carry out any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by the Head of Talent Acquisition & Development in the context of HR operations, projects, or strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s running in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Additional certification or coursework in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Learning & Development will be an advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, coordination, or related functions (internship experience acceptable).
  • Exposure to recruitment processes, onboarding, and/or training coordination preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports.
  • Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques (e.g., workflow optimization, SOP streamlining).
  • Ability to identify opportunities for automation in HR processes and work with relevant teams to implement solutions.
  • Competence in using data tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor HR metrics.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports with attention to detail.
