Service Solution Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer requirement exploring and analysis, marketing intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Responsible for developing and building the overall service business infrastructure surrounding the assigned customer group.
  • Responsible for creating and customizing solution in bidding project, such as statement of compliance, service solution proposal, service competence presentation, etc.
  • Responsible for the operation, coordination and management of key service activities and events, such as workshops, meetings, forums, etc.
  • Negotiate the contract with operator, including the scope of work, responsibility matrix, project schedule, price etc.
  • Engage in Services pre-sales phase by supporting customer’s communication and by developing branding solutions and clarification workshops.
  • Manage the service solution team, assign the yearly target to each employee and support them to finish their target.
  • Train department employee and lead department employee to grow.

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in the field of telecommunications or related areas. Has overall and deep understanding of telecom business.
  • Need to be team player with great attitude of being initiative and always willing to take challenges.
  • Good Proficiency in English language both spoken and written.Ability to speak and write Chinese language will be an added advantage.

Project Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to handle delivery projects with profound knowledge about project management.
  • Provide support and guide junior managers/team leaders to ensure project is delivered within stipulated timeline and budget. Successfully help the project team to overcome difficulties and keep the project operation on the right track.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of Operation & Quality of telecom networks, mainly responsible for developing network operation and assure processes and manage regulation.
  • Instruct and supervise each project management, and analyzing the network operation quality, etc.
  • Formulate project management regulations ensure the compliance of the same by all related personnel.
  • Ensure the compliance of relevant regulations of Customers & Huawei.
  • Make the project team understand the SOW, make feasible plans to coordinate with related department to fulfill the service contracts.
  • Communicate & Coordinate with Head Office as and when required.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of telecommunication handling similar job role.
  • Familiar with telecom terminologies, product categories and project quality management.
  • Learning forwardly, active and able to work under high pressure.
  • Good presentation, collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good proficiency in English language both spoken and written. Ability to speak and write Chinese language will be an added advantage.
