Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting operations, compliance, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial performance for cost-saving and efficiency
- Ensure regulatory compliance, for cost-saving and efficiency
- Ensure regulatory compliance, manager risks, and implement controls
- Lead and mentor the finance team for high performance
- Semi qualification CA or Master’s with minimum of 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the banking or non-banking financial sector
