Posiiton: Sales and Marketing Manager (CABLE DIVISION)
Drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and develop market strategies to expand our reach in the cable industry. The role involves market development, brand positioning, and achieving sustainable business targets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. (MBA preferred)
Experience: 8–12 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the cable or electrical industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and OEMs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
Salary: Negotiable
LOCATION: Flexible (Willing to relocate)
