Human Resources Manager

Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Lalitpur

United Academy Group, comprising five distinct educational wings: United Academy, United School, United College, United Universal School, and United Technical School, is seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager based in Kathmandu. The Human Resource Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, organizational development initiatives, and training programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• In-depth understanding of local labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in HR management software and tools (Preferably RIGO)
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• At least 8 years of experience (Prior experience in an educational institution is an advantage)
