HR/Accounts Officer

Primary Role
Manage employee records, payments, and billing processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee file ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Process opening of employees bank account, SSF account & PAN Account
- Daily verification of attendance, and leave
- Check and verify OT forms and OT sheet with attendance of HRIS system
- Prepare payroll sheets and ensure timely deposit
- Ensure timely deposit of SSF
- Process for SSF card/loan/claim of employees
- SSF KYC Update
- Prepare document for Embassy registration of employees
- Complete the clearance process of employees by obtaining necessary approvals
- Entry bills in accounting system
- Ensure timely submission of bills and payments
- Timely TDS and VAT deposit
- Notice & letter drafting as per instruction of Supervisor (English or Nepali)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3 plus years of experience in HR with knowledge of accounting.
