Location: Corporate Office, Kathmandu
Primary Job Responsibilities of IT Officer at Jagdamba Steels Pvt. Ltd

1. IT Infrastructure Management

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot critical hosted services such as HRMS, Tally, Active Directory, mail servers, VMware ESXi, and antivirus systems to ensure seamless operations and system reliability.

2. Network and Security Oversight

• Manage corporate networks, firewalls, Big-IP F5 WAF, and endpoint security to ensure secure and uninterrupted connectivity across office and factory locations.

3. Server and Application Administration

• Handle server hardware configurations (e.g., RAID, RAM), operating system upgrades, and troubleshooting for Windows/Linux servers and essential business applications.

4. User Support and Collaboration

• Deliver efficient end-user support, mentor junior staff, and assist the procurement team with IT asset selection, vendor negotiations, and necessary documentation.

5. Project and Data Center Management

• Support new and existing IT project implementations, monitor server room operations, and ensure disaster recovery plans are effectively in place.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelors in Computer/ Electronics Engineering/ IT

Experience:

• 3+ years in related field

Certification:

CCNA certification will be plus point
