Department: Supply Chain / Inventory
Position: Inventory Supervisor-2
Location: Factory Location – Jeetpur
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management/Commerce or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in manufacturing/steel industry.
Salary: Negotiable
DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily inventory operations and ensure accuracy of stock records
- Monitor raw materials, consumables, WIP and finished goods
- Coordinate with procurement, production and stores for smooth material flow
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation
- Maintain inventory reports and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure 5S, safety and compliance in the store area
- Lead and guide store/inventory team
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and INVENTORY/ERP software
- Good analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
