Position: Assistant Manager-Tender Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop winning strategies for complex tenders and negotiations.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in tender management or sales in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of the bidding process and contractual terms.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
