Regional Service Manager (Two-Wheeler Automobile Industry)

Location: Eastern Region

We are looking for a passionate and driven Regional Service Manager to lead our Eastern Regions’ Service Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Oversee and manage service operations in the Mechi, Koshi, and Sagarmatha regions.
  •  Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Lead and train the service team to achieve performance targets.
  •  Ensure service quality meets company standards.
  •  Collaborate with sales and marketing to align service offerings with customer needs.
  •  Analyze service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  •  Build strong relationships with customers and dealers.

Qualifications:

  •  At least bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  5+ years of experience in service management in the automobile industry, preferably two- wheelers.
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills.
  •  Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Mechi, Koshi and Sagarmatha regions is a plus.
