Position Summary
As the Generator Sales Manager in our Automobile Division, you will be responsible for driving sales of generators all over the Nepal. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop strategic plans to penetrate the market, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Moreover, you will nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our customer base.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for generator sales.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in generator sales or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
- Sound understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
