Junior Service Advisor

Reports To: Service Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinate vehicle service appointments, and ensure that customers receive a positive experience. Also, assistance in understanding customer concerns, communicating repair needs, and delivering timely updates.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and assist with their service needs.
- Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries.
- Provide updates to customers on vehicle status and service completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations and timely vehicle repairs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in service advisor role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and service management software.
- Valid driver’s license
