Junior Service Advisor

Job Summary

Responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinate vehicle service appointments, and ensure that customers receive a positive experience. Also, assistance in understanding customer concerns, communicating repair needs, and delivering timely updates.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers and assist with their service needs.
  • Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries.
  • Provide updates to customers on vehicle status and service completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations and timely vehicle repairs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in service advisor role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and service management software.
  • Valid driver’s license
