Operation Incharge – 4W Sales
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Incharge to lead our 4W sales operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our success in the automotive industry.
Location: Naxal, Kathmandu
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 4W sales department.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure effective communication between sales, marketing, and other departments.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and report on results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales operations within the automotive industry, specifically in 4W sales.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
