Position: Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Internship experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft & MS- Excel)
- Strong communication skills
