Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Internship experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft & MS- Excel)
  • Strong communication skills
