Service Engineer
Location: Pokhara
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers
- Knowledge of customer service and safety standards
- Conduct system diagnostics and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve service processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer for more than a year
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as per the requirement
