Posiiton: PDI Cum Insurance Officer
- Conduct pre-delivery inspection of commercial vehicles.
- Coordinate vehicle insurance documentation and claims.
- Ensure vehicles meet required quality and delivery standards.
- Maintain PDI and insurance-related records.
Posiiton: Warranty Officer
- Manage warranty claims and documentation.
- Coordinate with service teams for warranty-related issues.
- Verify warranty eligibility and ensure timely claim submission.
- Maintain warranty records and follow up on claim settlements.
Posiiton: Service Advisor
- Attend to customer service requirements and complaints.
- Prepare job cards and coordinate vehicle servicing/repairs.
- Explain repair requirements and service estimates to customers.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Posiiton: Customer Relationship Executive
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service-related concerns.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to resolve customer issues.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain customer records and prepare regular reports.
