Position: Branch Manager-4W(Proton)

Department: 4W Sales
Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our showroom operations, drive sales performance, and uphold our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly retail sales targets and maximize enquiry conversion
- Lead customer engagement including walk-ins, test drives, and follow-ups
- Ensure showroom discipline, display standards, and overall brand experience
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and aftersales teams for seamless operations
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for improved performance
- Monitor performance metrics and report to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management / Business Administration
- 4–6 years of experience in showroom management (4W sector preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in sales, CRM systems, and team management
