Position: Regional Spare Parts Officer
Location: Janakpur Area
Unit: Jagdamba Motors Pvt. Ltd. (TVS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support dealers in parts ordering, planning, and stock management
- Drive regional spare parts sales and strengthen service support effectiveness
- Monitor dealer stock levels, ageing inventory, and fill rates
- Resolve dealer complaints related to parts supply and pricing
- Coordinate with service engineers for critical parts support
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2/3 years experience in automobile spare parts / aftersales operations
- Strong communication and dealer coordination skills
- Good understanding of inventory and stock management
- Ability to manage regional operations effectively
