Position: Spareparts Manager – Case
Location: Ekantakuna
Role Purpose:
To manage the overall spare parts operations across head office and branches, ensuring proper inventory levels, timely customer support, and achievement of sales and service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Satisfaction:
- Review customer feedback and address issues promptly.
- Take ownership of complaints and coordinate with teams for quick resolution.
- Improve customer satisfaction through continuous monitoring and reporting.
Inventory & Warehouse Management:
- Maintain optimum spare parts and lubricant inventory at all locations.
- Plan stock transfers and forecast parts requirements based on sales trends.
- Monitor invoices, ensure timely GRN processing, and uphold warehouse standards.
Sales & Business Growth
- Respond to customer enquiries and share quotations on time.
- Prepare monthly spare parts orders and ensure timely dispatch to customers and branches.
- Monitor order vs. supply status and follow up with prospective customers.
- Support growth of AMC business through follow-up and customer engagement.
Operational Coordination:
- Maintain customer enquiry registers and ensure required items are included in order plans.
- Ensure timely availability of parts to support service and customer needs.
- Work closely with service, sales, and branch teams for smooth operations.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of spare parts management
- Customer Approach Behavior
- Good analytical, planning, and coordination skills
- Knowledge of ERP/Inventory systems
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
