Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve assigned targets for CASE construction equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
- Support sales planning, quotations, negotiations, and order closure.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth delivery and after-sales support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction equipment/automobile sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and team coordination skills.
Position: Sales Officer
Location: Janakpur / Chitwan
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and sales closure.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in construction equipment/automobile industry.
- Strong communication, customer handling, and sales skills.
Position: Service Engineer
Location: Nepalgunj / Dang / Birtamod
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and after-sales service support for CASE construction equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and field service visits.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, and technicians for service requirements.
- Maintain service reports, job cards, and technical records.
- Support customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery. Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in construction equipment/automobile service.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, field-service, and customer-handling skills.
