Electrician

Position: Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems (Single Phase & 3 Phase).
• Conduct daily inspections of transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
• Inspect heating, air conditioning systems, and testing equipment daily.
• Perform daily water filter backwash and ensure proper water supply operations.
• Monitor and resolve electrical short circuits and perform maintenance as needed.
• Conduct preventive checks on LED TVs, lights, AC units, and Diesel Generators daily before 10:00 AM.
• Check diesel, coolant, and water levels in the Diesel Generator and perform diesel filling as required.
• Examine fire alarms weekly and conduct necessary repairs.
• Inspect and secure loose electrical panel connections.
• Maintain a DG servicing report and notify the team when servicing is due.
• Weekly check all fire safety points and report any required repairs.
• Regularly check bore motor pumps, submersible pumps, and jockey pumps in Basement-2.
• Perform general maintenance of washroom sinks, urinals, door locks, and other fixtures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an electrician in a similar role. ( At least 3 years)
• Knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and troubleshooting methods.
• Willingness to perform general maintenance tasks beyond electrical work.
