Location: Simara, Bara
Position Overview
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of employee management for outsourced staff. Duties include keeping employees records, payroll processing of outsourced employees, compliance with labor laws, and ensuring smooth communication between the client company and outsourced employees.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attendance and leave management of outsourced employees.
- Daily shifts management of workers as provided by contractor’s supervisor.
- Payroll processing through HRMS of all daily wages workers
- Ensuring that outsourcing agreements are renewed on time
- Conducting Semi-annual audit of contractor/labor supplier
- Implementation of contractor’s attendance & leave management SOP
- Verification of OT and working hours of contractual employees.
- Conducting Nimble/SSF/CIT other informative training for factory employees quarterly in consultation with Factory HR Head
- Organizing Training as per training Calendar
- Various report preparation and submission as requested
Experience:
- Minimum 2 to 3 Years in Relevant Field.
Education:
- BBS/BBA/MBS/MBA
