PHASE Nepal is a not for profit NGO established in 2006 by a group of development professionals dedicated to supporting poor communities in remote areas of Nepal. For the last 13 years, PHASE Nepal has been implementing Health, Education, and Livelihoods improvement programs in Humla, Bajura, Mugu, Gorkha, Kathmandu, and Sindhupalchok districts. Currently, PHASE Nepal’s projects on health, education, livelihoods, DRR, and research are funded by the number of institutional and individual donors from different countries. PHASE has over 140 staff working on different projects.
PHASE Nepal is currently looking for suitable candidates for the following positions:
Position: Supervisor ( Health Assistant and Staff Nurse) – Few
Duty Station: PHASE Project districts.
Gross Salary: NPR. 35000 /- per month
QUALIFICATION and EXPERIENCE: Should have completed Health Assistant or PCL Staff Nursing Degree with minimum 2 years of work experience in clinical setting, seeing patients, providing nursing care, providing safer motherhood cares, delivery services, newborn care, HMIS recording, reporting, and documentation. Candidates, who have worked with government hospitals, PHC or health posts, have received SBA training and having good computer skill will be given priority.
Responsibilities: The Health Assistant and Staff Nurse will work together with the government health workers in the respective health posts or health clinics. This will involve both curative as well as preventive health services. They will provide health education sessions to the beneficiaries of the catchment area of the health post/clinic.
