Sales and Marketing Officer – Automobile

Under the direct supervision of the Managing Director, the Sales and Marketing Officer is expected to carry out the sales and marketing operation including achievement of sales target, and day-to-day marketing tasks.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Handles the day-to-day Sales and Order Forecast, Sales Process, Stock Management etc.
  • Daily Follow ups with clients and banks for ownership transfer after vehicle delivery.
  • Check Daily sales and receivables, sales shipments and ownership transfer cases
  • Negotiates prices and payment plans, and then closes the deal.
  • Drafts and maintains sales and stock reports.
  • Schedules and arranges necessary marketing meetings and visits.
  • Field visit with proper plan & report sharing to Area Manager
  • PR development with clients and bankers
  • Demonstrate Product & offer Test Drive to the customers
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, digital calling & new untapped markets.
  • Due receivable collection from market in co-ordination with finance / Recovery team
  • Plan, execute and participate on required ATL & BTL events at designated areas
  • Update on own product and competition product through visit to showroom and customers and share their feedback to Sales managers
  • Customer Complaint handling and facilitate with solutions through proper coordination with concerned team
  • Prepare all delivery related documents
  • Maintains regular communication and reporting with the Distributor
  • Maintain relation with the partnering Banks
  • Oversees and when necessary, perform quality customer service functions – sales as well as after sales.
  • Notwithstanding anything written in the above paragraph, he/she will be responsible to undertake any job assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate with concerned Province Managers regarding business development
  • Achieve sales Target through quality customers
  • Update with Competitors’ schemes, offers, price change & others. Reporting instantly on Skype “Market Intelligence group”

  • Excellent marketing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media marketing.

Recruitment Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in management or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in Sales and Marketing of a four-wheeler automobile company
  • 4-wheeler valid driving license
