Job Description
- Lead the Cross border channel and drive growth and performance of the business
- Develop & execute different projects for both short term and long term to achieve channel targets and set foundations for a sustainable business
- Identify gaps in the market and collaborate with different relevant departments to derive growth strategy and execution plan for further growth of the channel
- Be able to prepare a roadmap for the channel to steer it into a more prominent channel for the long run and act upon it (This roadmap may include expanding into different countries for imports and setting up the channel from end to end from seller identification to logistics set up via these countries)
- Work and consult with external stakeholders to ensure they adapt and maneuver quickly as per business need and have systems in place and drive scale while being agile
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g. Regional team, Marketing, Traffic Ops etc.) to develop campaigns & -Marketing plan to ensure sufficient exposure for cross border on the platform
- Business analysis and performance reporting of projects, categories, operations, sellers to ensure the channel is heading in the right direction
- Managing day-to-day operations in coordination with the regional & local team and adopting the best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Management, IT or related field
- Minimum two of experience in business, sales or related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience and a proven track record of delivering rigorous, insightful, and actionable analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Fluent in communicating in English and Nepali
