Job Description
- Maintain targeted NPA level.
- Identify potential customer for SHPPL. Visit customer’s site to gather requisite information and to assess credit worthiness of potential customer and recommend for credit accordingly.
- Obtain all the required documents of customers as stated by Credit Policy. Obtain credit report from Credit Information Centre Limited (CICL) and if required from other BFIs before processing any credit files for approval.
- Prepare credit appraisal of customer and process for approval to concerned with checklist.
- Receive and cross check all the legal and loan documents and forward to concerned authorities for loan disbursement.
- Issue delivery order (DO) to concerned dealer/ company for vehicle delivery to customer.
- Liaise between sales officer, bank and customers for ownership transfer of vehicle.
Job Specifications
- Graduates in management or Intermediate with 1 year experience.
- Good communication, interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skill.
- Good team player
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP
