Position: Junior Officer – HR
Location: Kathmandu

Type: FULLTIME
Position Overview
This position will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute on boarding process of new employees in terms of documentation, creating employees’ personal files, employees’ profile in HRMS, coordinating to prepare id card, business card, allocation of laptops, emails and sim cards, updating information in HRMS as and when required.
- Execute monthly attendance and leave verification and attendance entries of employees assigned in Kathmandu and sites.
- Verify travel claims submitted by employees and prepare reports of expenses claim.
- Verify and record the attendance of daily wages workers of Kathmandu and Farms.
- Prepare various employment letters as per the request by employees.
- Facilitate in executing probation period evaluation process.
- Facilitate the exit process documentation.
- Facilitate on overall HR operations.
- Prepare reports as per the requirement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR field.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
