Junior Technical Assistant (JTA)

Location: Based in Caritas Nepal Field office, Bagmti Rural Municipality-Ghusel (project coverage area Mahankal RM, Godawari Municipality, Konjyosom RM)
Reporting to: Emergency Response Coordinator
Duration: 1st December 2024 to 31st March 2025
Requirements and Qualifications
- Educational Background: ISC in Agriculture with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in organic farming or JT-Agriculture with over 4 years in related fields.
- Skills and Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse communities and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of livelihoods, gender equality, social inclusion, and environmental sustainability and disability issues.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions, workshops, and community mobilization activities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritizes tasks, and manages time effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Experience in the use of computers and office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.);
- Willingness to work under difficult life conditions.
- Valid driving License, able to ride a motorcycle in rural environment
