Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Agriculture, Climate change, livelihood, Good Governance and Water and Sanitation since 2005. KIDS is implementing National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) support project under Global Fund Program in the partnership with Save the children and coordination with NTCC in 13 districts namely Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Palpa, Dang, Banke, Bardiya, Pyuthan, Rolpa and Nawalparasi (West) districts under Lumbini province and Surkhet, Kalikot, Salyan and Dailekh districts under Karnali Province. Connecting to this program, we would like to invite applications from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following positions:
Program Manager
Required number: 1
Duty Station: Project Office Butwal, Rupandehi, with frequent field visit in program districts
Required qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in public health and at least 3 years of relevant working experience especially in Communicable diseases or public health program.
- S/he should have a high level of leadership, coordination with respective stakeholders, interpersonal skill, program management, monitoring and implementation as per agreed plan.
- Experience on planning, budgeting, financial management and quality reports writing for donor reporting.
- Good computer skill and ability to communicate in English and Nepali language both verbal and written.
Admin/Finance Officer
Duty Station: Project Office Butwal, Rupandehi
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business studies (BBS) or management/commerce
- At least two years working experience in the similar role as Admin & Finance Officer in the recognized NGO.
- Skills on MS Office and FAMAS accounting software operation will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of government policies, rules and regulations related to project business.
