KBA Global Chitwan is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead student recruitment efforts and enhance brand visibility. If you are passionate about marketing, education, and strategic growth, we’d love to hear from you.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive student enrollment growth through strategic marketing and outreach
  • Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns (digital + offline)
  • Generate quality leads via events, seminars, and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong networks with schools, colleges, and partners
  • Analyze market trends and campaign performance to improve results
  • Lead and manage the marketing team for target achievement
  • Strengthen brand visibility and positioning in the market

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Proven experience in lead generation and campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make result-driven decisions
  • Experience in education consultancy (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary & Benefits

  • NPR 70,000 – NPR 90,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Attractive performance-based bonuses
