Position Summary: We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales Force, adept at promoting Subisu’s products and ensuring strong customer relations. Identify sales gaps, seize opportunities, and create business value by understanding customer needs. Vital to foster team spirit and collaboration. We expect professionalism, loyalty, and integrity from our Key Account Managers.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
1. Follow up regularly both New Customer & existing customer for new business growth and retention of existing business.
2. Prepare and perform presentation of Services rendered by SUBISU to Corporate Clients whenever required.
3. Prepare report on Enterprise sales activities and submit it to supervisor.
4. Collect and analyze the trends of change in price of a customer package in business houses, different zones and in special service requests.
5. Prepare agreement adhering to terms and conditions of the company and follow up customer contracts and Payments.
6. Design Solution in alignment with customer’s business requirements with internal sales and sales support department.
7. Analyze the customers’ needs and recommend feasible solution that optimize value and resources for both the customer and the company.
8. Execute opportunities within customer firms for development of business
