Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with sellers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties
- Proactively follow up with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct offline market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and gather valuable insights for strategic decision-making
- Utilize Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level to analyze data, prepare reports, and track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and propose innovative solutions to drive growth
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demonstrating product knowledge and highlighting key features and benefits to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and make informed business decisions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, including contact information, sales activities, and customer interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in seller negotiation and managing key accounts will be an added advantage
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Proficient in offline market research techniques to gather insights and make data-driven decisions
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and creating charts/graphs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information to diverse audiences effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
