Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the Manufacturing and trading Company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge about web base accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights to management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge about LC, Bank guarantee & TT
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations and transactions
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Monitor and analyse financial data
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
- Monitor and analyze costs related to company operations, including manufacturing costs, operational expenses, and maintenance costs.
- Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, such as investment analysis, profit & loss analysis, aging report etc.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Assist in financial planning activities, such as capital budgeting, financing decisions, and risk management.
