Position: Legal Officer

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in BBM-LLB or BALLB
Advocate License from Nepal Bar Council (Mandatory)
At least 2–3 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a corporate or commercial organization
Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory laws
Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Possession of a two-wheeler will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Provide legal advice and support to various departments
Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel
Handle legal documentation, statutory filings, registrations, and renewals
Assist in dispute resolution and legal risk management
